April 9th update on Denver Team

Today, I was impressed with the Teams response when I sent out the clinic opportunity with Runners Edge, everyone's excitement to help. Mary took the lead by contacting David at runners Edge to set up the clinic, a fun opportunity for the team to volunteer together.

April 5th Amy drove to Fort Collins to help me run a clinic with 16 City of Fort Collins employees. We set them up on spinning bikes and talked them though the RS 200 features while they were riding, then they had a chance to compare they biking heart rate as they transitioned to a run. Post workout we went though the file feature and they thought the info was pretty cool.

Middle of the month The Denver Team will gather at the Bellview 5k in Denver to demo the monitors to the racers.

This is shaping up to be a GREAT team!
