I thought I saw Jon R. and Denny on Saturday but I was always racing by and thought, "Hey I think that's Denny or Jon". My husband said he talked to you Jon. He took this awesome picture of me running out of the run in/out chute and I'm sooooo excited, can you tell? Even though I didn't get to talk to you two, THANK YOU for being there!
The head coach, Yoli Casas of CWW (Colorado Wild Women) lit a fire under my ass when she said, "You need to place first in your age group so you can qualify for the USAT age group Nationals" No pressure, right? Well guess what? I DID!!! But I don't want to get too excited just yet because my swim totally sucks. This is my first year racing competitively and I'm still a newbie at all this triathlon stuff and I have no idea what it means to be Nationally qualified. Qualified for what?
Jon is your knee better? The Rocky Mountain Cycling Club (guys I ride with) heard about you and are curious to meet you. We're doing a 200K on Sunday around Barr Lake (North) are you interested? Will you be back from work?? We'd love to ride with you soon...
