Not too much from me. Did the 5430 half, 1 minute faster then last year, felt good, so much better then the sprint and peak, but my reign in Boulder Series is over. It was competitive this year and I was slower, 3 minutes slower in sprint and 6 minutes slower in the peak, I have always said "you dont get faster training for an IM!" Now focused training for Kona, I was recovered 2 days after the half:)
